Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Guardian to work in Suspense Account Management in the Telford office.

In this role, you will:

  • Complete work plan authorisations
  • Quality Checks
  • Provide feedback and coaching to the team to aid improved quality and performance
  • Work with the Team Leader and Senior Analyst in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvements

You will be a self-motivated individual who works well with others, you will be passionate about improving knowledge and quality within the department as well as owning your own development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Advise and support colleagues in completing their work – providing a compliant, customer-led service
  • Check and authorise workplans in line with processes and procedures
  • Provide feedback when required both to the individuals and to the Team Leader on any key findings from work checked
  • Provide subject matter expert help to process owners, project teams and other managers as requested, to help with process reviews and change projects
  • Encourage and evidence Entrepreneurial behaviours

Key skills/experience required:

  • Checking accuracy and attention to detail and ability to maintain consistent quality over a sustained duration.
  • Ability to work under time and quality pressure
  • Proven ability to adapt to change and have a flexible attitude to work
  • Develop others through training, coaching and written key learns and recommendations to improve performance in line with Journey to Competency for each level
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivation, self-awareness and positivity to be a role model to others
