Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are looking to recruit an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team within the Head of IT Office.  The position will be based in Telford on a permanent basis.  This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role as IT Project Manager, you will play a lead role in the management and delivery of multiple and/or high-profile ReAssure IT projects or programmes of activity. The role may require some line management responsibilities.

 Key responsibilities include:

 Management of high-profile ReAssure projects, or programmes of ReAssure IT activity

  • Managing relationships with senior stakeholders and producing regular status reports and resource plans
  • Ensuring IT’s portfolio remains aligned with ReAssure’s strategy

Key skills/experience required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing change in a commercial environment
  • Minimum 5 years’ exposure to IT project delivery
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
  • Senior relationship and stakeholder management skills, including effective questioning
  • Understanding of change and IT frameworks, models and concepts
  • Understanding of how to define and manage risks, issues and dependencies as they relate to projects and change
