Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are recruiting an Analyst to join our Suspense Management team within the Customer Services Support function. The position will be based at our Hitchin site within the Groups & Schemes Suspense Team. Within this role you will:

  • Perform high quality analysis and produce accurate output in line with requirements.
  • Obtain appropriate management approvals to the required solution (in line with risk framework).
  • Hold communication with stakeholders at all stages of the process.
  • Deliver all services to business and stakeholders in a timely manner to meet expectations.
  • Propose process improvements to reduce cost and failure demand, whilst improving controls and increasing service.
  • Escalate risks and issues to line management in a timely manner and assist with implementation of solution where appropriate.
  • Ensure that all decisions are appropriately documented in an audit trail.
  • Actively support Knowledge Management within the Department
  • Actively participate in team meetings and workshops attended.

  • Works well with others / self even when working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator (be able to actively participate in meetings and huddles)
  • Able to process routine tasks with high level of quality
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in well-structured, plain English explanations.
