Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are recruiting two Business Analysts to join our team within the Change Management function. The positions can either be based in Telford, Hitchin, Norwich or a mixture of home based and relevant office but will be on a permanent basis. In the role as you will be responsible for delivering Business Analysis using the framework, methods and processes in the Practice that deliver change in a modern fast-paced change function.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Business and system requirements discovery, elicitation and analysis
  • Developing business and design solutions, aligning with established principles
  • Working with project teams to ensure the build and delivery of static change are completed accurately and timely to meet with business release dates.
  • Support Testing of solutions with test analysis and support
  • Producing system requirements specifications, using various tools
  • Working dynamically to suit the needs of the project
  • Collaborating with partners from all areas of the business
  • Discerning and delivering Business Outcomes

Key skills/experience required:

  • Ability to facilitate workshops to elicit requirements
  • Excellent planning skills
  • Experience of working on Digital projects – can be removed for standard BA
  • Understanding of business / data analysis and testing
  • Knowledge or experience of Business Analysis / System Development tools and techniques
  • Demonstrable experience of operating within an AGILE delivery methodology (SCRUM, DSDM, SAFe, KANBAN or other widely recognised variation)
  • Good partner management, communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail with an inquisitive mind
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, but also happy to work on an individual basis
