ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Calculations and Finance Assurance Senior Analyst to join our team within the Technical Change function.  The position will be based in Telford on a seconded basis.  This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role as Calculations and Finance Assurance Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for process adherence, technical development of team members, and the application of governance to team output

The CFA team has grown significantly over the last 12 months to support our busy change portfolio and the successful candidate will play an important role in supporting this growth and aiding delivery.

The ideal candidate will have great coaching skills, technical knowledge of our products and ALPHA, and have strong analytical skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Supports the CFA Architect by delivering the ‘How’ – how we achieve our key deliverables
  • Ensures all analysts are following the defined E2E process and adopting best practice by performing regular checks;
  • Supporting analysts in their development towards competency; coaching/training/signing off in technical areas
  • Supporting Team Leader by providing regular feedback on team and confirming where knowledge/skills gaps are
  • Overseeing projects and BAU items which have not been assigned Test Leads. Activities to involve;
    • accompanying analysts where appropriate to meetings
    • supporting test strategy & advising best way to meet target delivery dates
    • producing reporting for stakeholders
    • Ensuring that Manual Tool and Alpha Development Trackers are kept up to date
  • To propose, document and support roll out of team process improvements
  • Develop and roll out any changes to documentation standards
  • Promoting CFA team by developing relationships with suppliers and customers
