ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Claims Assessor to join our team within the Customer Service Support function. The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities

Delivering an outstanding service for our customers during one of the most difficult times in their lives. You will be responsible for managing your own health claims portfolio consisting of life, critical illness, income protection & pension claims.

A proven experience in health claims assessment, preferably with a recognised claims authority and across the range of protection types would be desirable. You will also be expected to have the ability to manage the customers’ expectations through the claims process, including telephone based customer contact with a need to be proactive, working to tight deadlines and possess excellent decision making skills.

Working towards or holding the CII claims diploma is desirable for this position.
