Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are looking to recruit a dedicated Representative to join our team within the CS Manual Solutions function.  The position will preferably be based in Norwich on a permanent basis.  This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Norwich’s largest employers, within an ever changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this you will be responsible for processing manual Chargeable Event Certificates on time and accurately to the customer. You will have the opportunity to provide services to customers both internally and externally and can be involved in supporting projects when required.  You will be responsible for completing accurate tasks within challenging deadlines. You will join an exciting team who all work well together to provide the best possible customer outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Carry out routine processes in line with documented procedures.
  • Obtain appropriate approvals where required within the process (in line with risk framework).
  • Escalate risks and issues to line management in a timely manner.
  • Work collaboratively within own team to meet team targets and priorities
  • Actively participate in team meetings.
  • Actively seek feedback to aid personal development and reduce failure demand.
  • Actively support knowledge management within the CS Support Department by submitting at least one contribution per month.
  • Ensure that all chargeable events within own control do not breach the HMRC 90 day deadline

Key skills/experience required:

  • Basic skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • 6 months experience in life and pensions industry
  • Basic understanding of life and pensions products
  • Ability to work accurately, paying attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines
