The position will be based in Telford on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities

In this role as Retirement Account Customer Services Rep, you will have the exciting opportunity to join the Retirement Account Team, and become skilled in a specialist product.

You will handle and fulfil incoming customer phone calls & written requests, supporting our customers with their Retirement Account journey.

Our customers are the centre of our business and it is essential that we give our customer a good experience. As part of the Retirement Account Team you can directly influence our company’s CSAT (customer satisfaction scores) by receiving customer feedback through our satisfaction survey.
