ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Customer Services Support Representative to join our team within the Customer Services Support function. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to learn how to perform manual calculation’s in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

To carry out manual calculation work in accordance with the current governance framework and in line with expected accuracy and productivity measures.

Learn to understand and work to the CS Support team and department’s prioritisation rules to meet service standards.

Will need to be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to deal with queries from internal customers and provide a professional level of service.

Key skills/experience required

  • Good skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Confident communicator (be able to actively participate in meetings and huddles)
  • Able to process routine tasks with high level of quality



  • Maths A-Level or above
