ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Change Analyst to join our team within the Finance function. The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent basis. In this role as Change Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering operational processes to be standardised and fully documented including driving the use of common tools, terminology, & skill requirements. You will also be responsible for championing ongoing efforts to improve products, services or processes both “incremental & breakthrough” across the Finance Value Chain within the Financial Management Division.

Key responsibilities

  • Providing commercial and financial support to the Finance Managers and relevant business functions.
  • Supporting the delivery of complete and accurate financial data for reporting purposes in line with business and financial frameworks.
  • Ensuring deliverables are produced accurately, timely and of requisite quality through appropriate ownership and planning of responsibilities.

Key skills/experience required

  • Strong organisational skills, with an analytical and methodical approach to work.
  • Solid understanding of double entry and ledger accounting.
  • Ability to work very well in a team or independently, consulting and involving others appropriately in the wider function and business.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Computer-literate and competent with all required operating systems and Microsoft Office products.
