Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are recruiting an IT Project Lead to join our team within the Head of IT Office.  The position will be based in Telford on a permanent basis.  This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role as IT Project Lead, you will play a lead role in the management and delivery of ReAssure IT application, IT infrastructure and IT process changes in line with business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • The support and delivery of IT projects through the ReAssure delivery lifecycle, some of which may be delivered in parallel
  • Adherence to the quality gate process within the delivery lifecycle
  • Management of change items through the quality gates
  • Working within the ReAssure methods and quality standards

Key skills/experience required:

You will have good interpersonal and facilitation skills as well as good verbal and written communication skills to include effective questioning. You will be competent and identifying and addressing business conflict. Teamwork is essential.
