ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Liquidity and FX Manager to join the team within the Treasury function. The position will preferably be based in London on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for optimising income generation.
  • Report ReAssure’s Liquidity Risk metrics (LCR and Surplus) and Risk exposures (SII and IFRS).
  • Lead and steer the firms collateral management activities.
  • Reduce FX risk and ensure compliance with the FX risk appetite of the company.
  • Minimise the impact of foreign exchange movements on ReAssure’s SII position and IFRS results.
  • Responsible for Treasury New Deal due diligence.
  • Oversight and steering of ReAssure’s Funding & Liquidity Risk Management, IGT Standards and FX Management Policy.
  • Manage the Treasury IT framework that supports Liquidity, FX, Funding and Cash reporting/forecasting.
  • Maintain a consistent IT landscape with ReAssure’s AM TOM (Aladdin / iHub / BOXI).

Key skills/experience required

  • Qualification in the fields of Treasury (ACT), Finance (CFA) or Capital Markets (Securities Institute Diploma) preferable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant Treasury experience in Insurance or Banking.
  • A deep understanding of liquidity/FX management & reporting, bank account management, and international funds flows.
  • Ability to analyse financial data.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously lead several projects.
  • Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Proven relationship builder – ability to influence in a complex, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to translate business initiatives into clear, consistent, systematic finance strategies.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting principles including IFRS.
