ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Man Calcs Analyst to join our team within the Customer Services Support function.  The position will be based in Telford on a permanent basis.  This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

Key responsibilities

 

  • Work collaboratively with other teams to understand business and customer needs.
  • Perform high quality analysis and produce accurate output in line with requirements.
  • Obtain appropriate management approvals to the required solution (in line with risk framework).
  • Deliver an easily understood solution to the end customer; taking into account their level of technical awareness.
  • Hold communication with customers and stakeholders at all stages of the process.
  • Deliver all services to business and customers in a timely manner to meet expectations.

  • A well organised individual
  • Drive for continuous development of self, processes and procedures
  • Works well with others / self even when working under pressure to tight deadlines
  • Confident communicator (be able to actively participate in meetings and huddles)
  • Able to process routine tasks with high level of quality
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Solid mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in well-structured, plain English explanations.
  • Minimum 5 GCSE’s (Grades A-C) including Maths and English or equivalent
