Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are sourcing applications for a Qualified Accountant to join our team within the Reassure Life Finance function. You will act as the lead contact between the local Finance teams and the Red Cap Migration Project. The position will preferably be based in Southampton on a 9 month Fixed term contract basis. You will coordinate and drive the Finance inputs for the Red Cap Migration Project, ensuring that all milestones are met and that the highest quality outcomes are achieved.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • You will be the primary contact point for all ‘Finance-related’ Red Cap Migration Project activities, applying an effective business partnering approach to all deliverables
  • You will coordinate all Finance related Red Cap Migration actions and queries ensuring appropriate and timely resolutions and achieving best outcomes
  • You will analyse complex data, processes and systems that enables the effective migration of current processes to Reassure Systems
  • You will document processes and controls that meet the requirements of the Reassure Control Framework
  • You will build and ensure full understanding of current and future state activities
  • You will actively support the BAU changes with the ongoing ‘Change’ agenda as required
