ReAssure are recruiting a Project Lead to join our team within the Operations function. The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent / FTC contract basis. Key responsibilities

You will be responsible for delivering projects, the main duties are:

  • Delivery of business, IT application, infrastructure and process changes through the end to end project delivery lifecycle
  • Ownership of the quality gate process within the delivery lifecycle
  • Work management of resources
  • Management of project or work stream budget
  • Management of plans, project logs, risks and issues

Key skills/experience required

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of managing change in a commercial environment
  • Minimum 2 years exposure to change environments e.g. PMO role
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good presentation and facilitation skills
  • The ability to negotiate, influence, provide effective challenge and to gain commitment
  • Effective planning skills
