Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are recruiting a Project Lead to join our team within the Products & Proposition – Technical Change function. The position will preferably be based in Telford on an FTC basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join an ambitious organisation, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

You will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of change driven and BAU projects across the Products & Proposition function.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • You will work with delivery managers to produce delivery plans, monitor progress and report updates.
  • You will identify dependencies, resource constraints, risks & issues that could impact timeliness or quality of deliverables; and escalate where appropriate.
  • You will support delivery by completing analysis to help determine outcomes or dependencies

Key skills/experience required:

  • Strong organisation and planning skills.
  • Good stakeholder management, communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • High attention to detail with an inquisitive mind.
  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
  • Able to multi-task and switch priorities to suit changing business needs.
  • Ability to work under own initiative.
  • Knowledge of life and pensions.
