ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Project Manager to join our team within Change Management, part of the Operations function. The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent basis. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from a regulated industry, ideally someone who has proven commercial experience in delivering both IT and Business Change and can manage stakeholders at an executive level and above. You will have a passion for delivering standard methodology Project Management to ensure successful delivery of change.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and deliverables, develop full project plans and assemble, secure resource for and co-ordinate project team.
  • Manage the project milestones, risks and issues and monitor and report on progress to all Stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Reassure project methodology and governance

Key skills/experience required

  • We are looking for someone with 3 to 5 years experience in a project management role, ideally within Financial Services or Life & Pensions with Prince 2 Practitioner, APM or equivalent accredited qualification or studying towards the qualification
  • You will have a solid track record in Stakeholder management & engagement and be familiar with an environment where critical thinking & problem solving is key.
  • Ability to successfully delegate, influence & network.
