Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are recruiting a dedicated Project Manager to join our team within ReAssure Change Management.  The position will preferably be based in Telford on a permanent basis. This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever-changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager from a regulated industry, ideally someone who has proven commercial experience in delivering both IT and Business Change and can manage stakeholders at an executive level and above.  Programme experience is desirable. You will be someone who has a passion for delivering best practice Project Management to ensure successful delivery of change.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Co-ordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with strategy, commitments and goals.
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope and deliverables, develop full project plans and assemble, secure resource for and co-ordinate project team.
  • Manage the project milestones, risks and issues and monitor and report on progress to all Stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to Phoenix Group project methodology and governance

Key skills/experience:

  • 3 – 5 years in a project management role, ideally within Financial Services or Life & Pensions.
  • Stakeholder management / engagement
  • Critical thinking & problem solving
  • Delegation, influencing & networking
  • Prince 2 Practitioner, APM or equivalent accredited qualification or studying towards the qualification
  • Not essential but desirable – experience of Agile Methodology, JIRA, and/or Digital Change
