The position will be based in either Telford, Hitchin or London on a permanent basis. In this role as Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for working within the Business Management and Communication’s function with specific focus on the oversight of Outsource Service Provider’s.

Key responsibilities

  • Actively manage ReAssure’s key business partners ensuring long-term value and stability of those partners is maintained or enhanced.
  • Ensure effective analysis and MI is in place to investigate trends and ensure reports are complete and accurate.
  • Drive through process improvements to reduce cost and failure demand and to improve controls and increase service.
  • Adherance to the RCSA controls and governance framework
  • Ensure supplier management framework feeds formally into the RCSA.

Key skills/experience required

  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver.
  • Ability to apply Service Management and Supplier Management skills and techniques
  • 5 GCSE’s (Grade C or above – including Maths and English) or equivalent.
  • Strong performance in previous roles of ensuring SLA’s are met with clear examples.
  • Financial Planning or Financial Administration exams desirable but not essential.
