ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Remediation & Bulk Calculations Analyst to join our team within the Customer Services Support function. The position will preferably be based in Hitchin on a permanent basis. In this role as Remediation & Bulk Calculations Analyst, we are looking for a keen, enthusiastic individual with an interest in numbers, who is willing to learn from experienced staff to work on the analysis & calculation of Remediation items.

You will be self-motivated, proactive and have the ability to make effective business decisions to support the delivery of CS Support workloads.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate competencies in numeracy & attention to detail, great communications skills, (both on a 1-2-1 basis and in written documentation) and delivering results.

Key skills/experience required

  • Experience necessary for this role is ideally a numerate background, plus 2-3 years Life and Pensions experience with a good understanding of product features & policy calculations. Additionally desirable (but not essential) to have experience of “back-end” Alpha and SQL knowledge.
  • The skills required to be successful in this role are an ability to learn and understand the full range of policy calculations and how they work on Alpha, and strong written skills to produce accurate, clear & comprehensive approaches and summary documents. In addition, the ability to deliver against agreed timescales. You also need strong interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to propose commercial options for consideration.
