ReAssure are looking to recruit a dedicated Reward Analyst to join our team within the Human Resources function.  The position can be based in Telford or Hitchin on a permanent basis.  This vacancy represents an opportunity to join one of Telford’s largest employers, within an ever changing environment where you will discover the potential to perform and grow.

In this role as Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for a number of key administrative tasks covering the Reward Team.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the Reward team on tasks ranging from co-ordinating the annual Calendar of Events and communications to organising benefit events.
  • Support on reward annual projects including flexible benefits and the year end salary and bonus review.
  • Support and maintain spreadsheets/forms/timetables in line with the Supplier Management Framework, highlighting any potential risk areas.
  • Identify trends from MI and make recommendations to improve processes in the reward area.
  • Respond to reward and benefit based employee queries.

Key skills/experience required

  • Can demonstrate a good level of organisation skills, data accuracy and meeting key deadlines.
  • Experience of working within a high demand environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Excellent Word, Powerpoint and Excel skills.
  • Proven analyst experience working within a corporate environment, preferably with  experience in HR.
