Job summary

ReAssure, part of Phoenix Group are looking to recruit a dedicated Robotics Analyst to join our team within the Product and Proposition function. The position will preferably be based in Telford.

2020 is an exciting year as we continue to work on building the ReAssure Robotics initiative. This is in partnership with our software vendor Blue Prism, and our resource and knowledge supplier, WNS. The aim in 2021 is to further establish our Robotics Centre of Excellence.

In this role as Robotics Analyst you will be supporting the business in identifying suitable opportunities for Robotics Process Automation (RPA).

RPA is a simple way of automating repetitive and logic driven processes.  You will perform process analysis and support the business and developers in creating, testing and deploying solutions which will improve control, reduce errors and create efficiency. For those with an aptitude for systems development this role could also present an opportunity to progress a technical career path.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Help the business identify opportunities for Robotics Process Automation
  • Work collaboratively with business owners and SMEs to understand business requirements and customer needs for RPA
  • Support business owners in developing business case and articulating clear benefits
  • Perform high quality analysis and produce accurate documentation in line with requirements
  • Present opportunities into Robotics Design Authority and Robotics Steering Group
  • Work with the team to provide an easily understood solution to the end customer; taking into account their level of technical awareness
  • Hold communication with customers and stakeholders at all stages of the process
  • Perform live monitoring of robotic processes and support the fix life cycle on live issues
  • Promote Product and Proposition and the merits of Robotics Process Automation

Key skills/experience required:

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to elicit detailed process information
  • Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver
  • Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information
  • Ability to perform detailed process mapping.
  • Strong organisational skills to ensure tasks are prioritised and deadlines met
