Professional qualifications:

We support employees working towards professional qualifications such as those obtained via the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). In addition, role specific qualifications are also supported, with Actuarial, Finance and Human Resources to name just a few.



Our employee led mentoring programme, Advance, focuses on shared learning and awareness across all individual business areas. It utilises the benefits of mentoring, as well as coaching, shadowing and networking techniques in order to bring colleagues together as ‘One Team’.

Graduate Programme:

Our two year rotational programme provides graduates with the opportunity to experience different areas of the business. All graduates are given the tools, support and training needed to maximise their time on the programme, which when combined with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and willingness to learn, enables our graduates to build fantastic careers at ReAssure.


The Apprenticeship programme goes from strength to strength, with ReAssure supported by an excellent training partner, Babington Group.  It’s a real job, with real training, meaning you can earn while you learn and gain a nationally recognised qualification. Work Experience:

To help develop our partnerships with local schools, we offer students the opportunity to undertake work experience placements with us. We are passionate about offering young people a meaningful insight into the world of business and developing their skills.
